Elissa is a seasoned health and wellness coach, who is passionate about guiding individuals to reach their optimal health potential. With over 30 years of experience in holistic healthcare, massage, and bodywork, she has a deep understanding of the mind-body connection.
Growing up in the mountains of Vail and the beaches of Maui, Elissa developed a deep appreciation for balance and the power of nature. Drawing on a robust educational background and personal experience as a competitive athlete Elissa is able to provide empathetic and motivational guidance to each client.
Her mission is to empower clients to make sustainable changes that enhance their overall well-being through personalized 1:1 coaching sessions, addressing clients' unique needs such as weight management, mindset, stress reduction, and overall fitness & health.
